Pilot programme

Plant management, with traceability from the asset.

Waste producers need to evidence the complete treatment of their WEEE and to justify, in their sustainability information, the final destination of every waste item. EoL360 connects the operator’s plant operations with the phase before waste, whether its own or a third party’s, and with the clients that generate that waste.

The problem

Administrative traceability exists. Asset-level traceability does not.

Administrative traceability, but not by asset.
Waste transfers are recorded in the administration’s information systems, such as the national eSIR or the regional SDR, SIRA, ADCR and GaIA. But that record follows the waste by batch and by weight: it does not connect every device to its prior assessment or to the client’s case file.
Certificates put together by hand.
The treatment certificate is usually prepared manually and sent by email, batch by batch, outside any system the client can check.
Clients asking for more data.
Producers subject to sustainability-reporting obligations need to know, per batch, the weight treated and the type of operation applied (preparation for reuse, recycling, other forms of recovery or disposal), and to justify that the final destination of their waste is known.
Why EoL360

From treating the waste to closing the documentary chain.

The authorised operator is the last link in the chain: its documentation is what lets the producer consider its responsibility for the waste concluded. When that documentation arrives structured, traceable and on time, the operator stops being an interchangeable treatment supplier and becomes the piece that closes the client’s compliance case file.

Plant management

A plant management programme, with traceability from the very first asset.

Plant operations

Reception and intake.

Logging every intake at the plant, by line and EWC-WEEE code, with or without asset-level detail.

Storage.

Control of plant stock, with alerts on maximum storage periods.

Treatment.

Recording the treatment processes, the components removed and the balance of output fractions.

Dispatch.

Outbound shipments to the destination operator, with its identification.

Multiple facilities

per operator.

Operator compliance

Chronological file

generated from the operations themselves (Spanish Law 7/2022, art. 64).

Annual report

prepared with the data from the chronological file (Spanish Law 7/2022, art. 65).

Connection with the administration’s waste information systems:

the national eSIR, the regional systems (SDR, SIRA, ADCR, GaIA eResiduos and SINGER) and the electronic WEEE platform, rolled out progressively, to manage collections and record transfers straight from the platform.

Connected across the whole chain, from the asset to the producer client

Traceability from the pre-waste phase.

Batches coming from the phase before waste, whether the operator’s own or from an ITAD operator running on EoL360, arrive with their inventory tracked asset by asset.

Treatment certificates

generated when each batch closes and added directly to the producer client’s case file.

Producer client portal,

with the status of every batch, the treatment received and its documentation.

Per-batch impact report,

with the weight treated and the breakdown by treatment operation, ready for the client’s sustainability information.

Operators with their own pre-waste phase

Some operators also assess and prepare equipment for a second life before it becomes waste. For that phase, EoL360 offers the same operations as for ITAD operators: device auditing, sanitisation, fitness assessment and appraisal.

Pilot programme

We are looking for authorised operators to build this line with.

Operators who join the pilot programme get early access to the platform and take part in defining their own operations, with the direct support of the EoL360 team.

Let’s talk about the plant’s operations.

A 30-minute conversation to understand the operator’s process and assess its fit with the pilot programme.
