Equipment leaves as used EEE (electrical and electronic equipment) pending technical assessment, not yet waste. Every drive is wiped to a certified standard, and each device gets its own decision on whether it has a second life. The reasoning is put in writing.
Only what is not fit for reuse enters the waste stream. The authorised operator treats it and its certificate is added to the case file.
One single case file per batch, viewable in real time and exportable for an inspection or for the sustainability auditor.
